Chamber Music Institute Registration

Registration details for the Chamber Music Institute.

 

Application deadline:

Registration applications for the Chamber Music Institute must be completed online or postmarked by June 15, 2012; registration after this date is by space availability only. Registration includes a completed registration form and a non-refundable deposit of $100 to reserve your space.

 

Room & Board:

The Resident option for  ROOM and BOARD is $250 per person which includes lodging, breakfast and dinner, and transportation, Sunday, July 15 to Saturday, July 21.
Students are placed in home stays with responsible families whose children are participating in CMI 2012.
Participants opting for this plan must notify Dr. Lindsay at 757-761-5542 or at chambermusicinstituteva@gmail.com  no later than June 15, 2012 of your interest in the resident option. You will be billed along with your final payment statement.

 

Institute Fees:

  • Full day:           $795 (includes private lesson)
  • Half-Day:        $450*
  • Payment Plans are available.  Please contact The Academy of Music for more information.

*Half-Day classes will be from 10am to 2 PM. You can bring your own lunch or purchase lunch at $6.00 per day, paid in advance to the preparer.

 

Other deadlines:

Once accepted, unless notification of withdrawal from the Chamber Music Institute is received in writing by 6/15/2012, the student and parent/guardian /sponsor are considered legally responsible for payment of fees in full. All fees must be paid in full by 7/1/2012.
