Accomodations
For students not residing in Richmond and families wishing to travel with their child, information on local hotels can be provided.

Application Deadlines
Registration applications for the VCSI must be completed online or postmarked by May 1, 2012; registration after this date is by space availability only. Registration includes a completed registration form and a non-refundable deposit of $100 to reserve your space.
Age
All applicants must be between the ages of 7 and 15 as of 1/1/2012
Other Deadlines
Once accepted, unless notification of withdrawal from VCSI is received in writing by 6/15/2012, the student and parent/guardian are considered legally responsible for payment of fees in full. All fees must be paid in full by 7/1/2012.
